Towards the Rally Terra Sarda: International Rallying Spotlight on the Province of Ogliastra
The event, organized by Porto Cervo Racing and scheduled for Saturday, October 18th, and Sunday, October 19th, will make a stop in Ogliastra.

 

ARZACHENA – The province of Ogliastra, with its characteristic scenery, will host the 2025 edition of the Rally Terra Sarda. The event, organized by Porto Cervo Racing and scheduled for Saturday, October 18th, and Sunday, October 19th, is valid for the TER Series, an intercontinental series, the TER Historic – reserved for historic vehicles, the Zona 10 Rally Cup, and the TER – Tour European Rally. Sardinia has been given a leading role, ready to showcase the colors and excellences of the territory, an integral part of a project that – also in the 2025 edition – will look at both modern and historic rallying.

The entire territory of Ogliastra will be a major player, involved in a project that will be unveiled – through a press conference – on Saturday, July 12th, at 11 AM, in the council chamber of the Province of Ogliastra, in Lanusei. Confirming the strength of a shared vision built on planning and ambition, representatives from the Sports and Tourism Departments of the Sardinia Region, the Commissioner of the Province of Ogliastra, and representatives from the local municipalities will be involved in the event. The roads of Ogliastra will be a valid testbed for the crews, a location ready to host the special stages and the event’s headquarters. This choice, adopted by the organizers, will provide the event with new routes while, bolstered by the success of previous editions, it will leverage the elements that have distinguished it internationally, the same ones that have ensured the presence of major motorsport figures.

The Rally Terra Sarda is poised to confirm itself as an important promotional vehicle, a concentration of initiatives where the absolute protagonists will be the enogastronomic, artisanal, and cultural traditions of the island, with exhibitors showcasing Ogliastra’s excellences within the Mirtò Sardegna Rally Village.
